GoogleIf your house is not on the market then they are not interested in showing you a property on their books. Great however I am planning on retiring to Sidmouth but I have no intent of putting my house on the market until I see a house I want as I live in a desirable area.

Dear Alex, we understand the situation relating to your move, however with such a fast-paced market as Sidmouth we simply cannot accommodate viewings where people are still having to market their own property. We advise all home movers to market their own home, even if they live in a desirable area and if they have a good agent, they will manage their interest accordingly without causing undue pressure. Please do let us know when you are marketed and we will be happy to see which properties are suitable at that stage.

GoogleSo pleased to have met Tilly through Bradley's Saltash Branch. Tilly was open and honest at viewings which led to a fortuitous viewing of a property that I then ended up placing an offer on. So far, Tilly has been equally responsive with all queries. Thanks!

GoogleI cannot fault the service received from the staff at Bradleys Estate Agents in Looe. Having put my cottage up for sale in December, they very quickly got several viewings and found a buyer, this unfortunately fell through but again they found another quickly that proved successful. I was kept informed following every viewing by Ben and Chris who gave a very honest appraisal plus I particularly appreciated their special liaison person called Karen who dealt between buyer and seller smoothing out any hitches and updating on the situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Bradleys and would certainly use them again.

GoogleThe whole team at Bradleys in Budleigh were amazing during the sale of my flat. Always on hand for honest advice, with proactive communication throughout the process. Jo, inparticular was always a very friendly voice on the end of the phone, and went above and beyond to ensure everything when smoothly and nothing was forgotten. Would definitely recommend using Bradleys as their company ethos is great and they work together in a very tightly knit, friendly team. Thank you Davina, Jo and Robin.

FacebookBooked a viewing on a property advertised as “offers over” and were called on the day of the viewing to be told they’d sold it so were cancelling the viewing. Given that we were in a chain free position with mortgage agreed in principle, I fail to see how they could possibly know that we were not prepared to offer a better price for the property, instead preferring to cancel the viewing and take the first offer they received and never find out what they could have achieved for their vendor with a bit more care and attention. Very short sighted and definitely not in the best interests of their vendor. Amateur agents at best and one to avoid if you’re looking to sell your home for the best possible price with the best service.

GoogleWe placed our home on the market with Bradley's after Steven visited to complete a valuation. From that point on, the process was professional and well-managed. The photographs were fantastic and we quickly got a good number of viewings. I felt like i was kept well-informed and listened to throughout and the team were considerate to my personal circumstances. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleSophie, David, Abbie and the team were fantastic! They were professional and efficient throughout. We never felt like we were burdening them, even when we asked if we could show the next family member our new home. Abbie did amazing at finding us a fantastic mortgage and rate, even though we didn’t have the best credit. The whole team were always there to answer any questions we had and were hugely positive and supportive throughout the stress of us buying our first home. Thank you Sophie, Abbie and David for making our dreams a reality! Sam and James x
