GoogleI cannot recommend Bradley’s highly enough. They managed a difficult sale of my father’s property with professional skill, empathy, & care. At all times they kept us informed & went above & beyond chasing up the chain & helping us complete the sale from a distance as we don’t live in Torquay. Every member of staff from initial valuation to key handover have been great, friendly & quick to respond to queries. Thankyou all.

GoogleThe branch manager Lynn and our sales manager Tracy have handled our property sale in a most professional and friendly manner. Tracy has had a difficult buyer to deal with and has managed the sale in a measured manner and has always kept my wife and I abreast of the changing situation. Harmony has also helped by visiting the empty property each week to check all was in order, to comply with home insurance requirements. All in all, a very efficient and friendly team who we would fully recommend to anyone wishing to sell their property in the Torquay area. Well done all at Bradleys, Torquay office.

GoogleCalled with interest in purchasing a property but told it was cash only. I queried why as the property was a standard listing (no mention of cash buyers) and had a very long lease. The agent just said it was an 1980's lease and the previous buyers solicitor wasn't happy with it whatever that means. I questioned this to try to get to the bottom of it but the The attitude of the agent became very defence and boarding on rude / flippant. How the hell they expect to sell this property is beyond me because such an issue with the lease would certainly put off a sensible cash buyer!
Dear Nigel, with a Director being party to the conversation in the office, it appears you may have taken this the wrong way. We are duty bound by the Consumer Protection regulations to inform any potential buyers of anything that may affect their decision in which to purchase, in fact even view a property. Tracey was explaining the issues we have had with previous purchasers so that you were under no illusion as to the situation with the property. Had it been the opposite, I'm sure people would have been annoyed if we hadn't declared it, so we try and be transparent and honest from the outset, which is a shame that as a result, you feel we only provide a 2-star service, however, we do wish you luck with your search for a property.

GoogleBradleys were excellent from the very beginning, everything went through so smoothly dealing with them. We dealt with a few different members of the team. Tean, Nick and Claire were the main people we had dealt with throughout the process and I cannot thank them enough. Also Karen was superb, chased everything and speed up the process. We managed to buy and sell in 13 weeks which is incredible. I could not recommend these guys enough! Thank you all!

They helped liaise with our solicitor for us when we needed our purchase to go through in a timely manner. We had a lovely welcome pack when we picked our keys up, which was a nice surprise and made us feel really special.

We received regular updates as well as ongoing advice and support, not only regarding with our purchase but also finding local traders, solicitors and surveyors. A very friendly bunch always happy to take a call and help resolve any queries we had. Very happy to recommend and would be happy to work with them again.

GoogleWe have just bought a house through the Hayle Branch and they were absolutely fantastic, particularly Gina in the Copper Hills suite. She really went above and beyond for us, making sure everything was on track, being a liaison between us and the developers, and kept us sane when our buyer and their solicitor were being particularly difficult, delaying things. She was always there for us, an absolute star!

She was always professional, cheerful, patient and flexible on house viewings, to the point we sometimes felt guilty for taking too much of her time. She understood what we were looking for and presented a range of options for us to consider.
