GoogleI cannot fault the service received from the staff at Bradleys Estate Agents in Looe. Having put my cottage up for sale in December, they very quickly got several viewings and found a buyer, this unfortunately fell through but again they found another quickly that proved successful. I was kept informed following every viewing by Ben and Chris who gave a very honest appraisal plus I particularly appreciated their special liaison person called Karen who dealt between buyer and seller smoothing out any hitches and updating on the situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Bradleys and would certainly use them again.

GoogleLack of communication between the staff totally incompetent, we enquired about properties to let in Polperro of which there were two available, we had to send all our financial details and ID etc before we were able to even view the properties and with a total income of £88k a year well within their criteria and yet a week later we were still waiting for a courtesy call or an appointment to view properties and when my wife enquired about the delay our confidential details had not been passed on between the relevant departments.

GoogleExcellent service throughout the whole process of selling our property. Ben & Chris at Bradley’s, Looe, were faultless at the viewing stage, and Karen Miller at Saltash kept things on track once a buyer was found. This made the whole process stress free. Would recommend Bradley’s Looe to anyone selling or buying their property.

GoogleThe guys in the branch were great but the big award and shout out goes to Karen Miller who worked her socks off for 10 months getting our move sorted. Such a difficult and demanding chain, but she phoned me nearly everyday to let me know what was happening. Without her we would have been lost. I cannot sing her praises highly enough and the whole family thank her from the bottom of our hearts. Ms Miller...you are the best xxx

Professional, approachable and supportive from first meeting with Joe and regular communication with the staff team throughout about the progress of the sale. Excellent quality marketing materials, understanding of the property market and great customer service is what is hoped for from an Estate Agent - Bradley’s delivered on all areas. I also used the suggested conveyancing team and would recommend.

GoogleOutstanding!! From start to finish the team at Bradleys have gone above and beyond. There is always a friendly, helpful person at the end of the phone to answer any queries. The whole team work wonderfully well together and whoever I spoke to was familiar with our property and the stage of the process we were at. A special shout out to Becki whose natural affinity with others, relationship-building skills, positivity and enthusiasm shine through - she has been an absolute star! Bradleys commission rate might be a little higher than their competitors but I can honestly say they were worth every penny. Thank you to all of the Bradleys Honiton Team!

GoogleI've been looking for a bungalow for my mother, I signed up with all the agencies in Honiton, I have to say I am really impressed with the staff and in particular Rebecca who always kept me informed of what was coming on the market. They showed us several properties and really seemed to be on the ball. The other agencies, other than a couple of pictures when I first signed up, honestly I didn't hear back from them. just a big well done to them, really good honest on the ball company that out shines the competition.
