I went there to buy a single box costing £6. They kept me waiting for half an hour and in the end, I left with nothing. Is this really how you treat students who just need help moving their belongings? Very disappointing service.

Extremely rude staff - told me I had to pay £100 fine after my alarm went off, I did not find it amusing and thought it was really disrespectful
