GoogleHave used Big Yellow in Poole after a house purchase fell through and I had sold my previous home. Sam has been simply amazing, what a massive asset to Big Yellow she is! Her sense of humour, bubbly personality and glass-half-full outlook have helped me through such a stressful time. Can’t thank you enough Sam for all of your help and advice, you’ve been a godsend! GoogleImmediately greeted by Michelle in the Poole store upon entering. Who asked our names and subsequently addressed us as such creating a more personal experience. Brilliantly conversational, appearing genuinely interested in our needs and in making sure we got the best space for our needs. Given a tour of the facilities and informed us of extended access hours, access to trollies, letting us know it’s ok to reverse up to the building to make unloading easier. Basically put all concerns to rest and answered all questions happily. Offered assistance when we move in. Quickly sent a follow up email with itinerary and pricing etc. Store was clean and had effective displays for additional storage materials such as boxes and packing materials and we were asked if we would require boxes etc for our storage uses. Made sure to let us know of the offers such as 8 weeks half price. Overall a really pleasant And impressive experience.

GoogleCheck in was quick and the staff explained everything well, showed me to the room and gave me all of the necessary information. Place was clean and seemed very secure. Trolleys of various sizes were available for use to move the boxes into the room. All good. Seems expensive to me having never used storage before, but needs must!

GoogleI’m always impressed by the friendly and professional service of all of the staff that I have dealt with on numerous visits. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and I know I can be demanding. Joely Ford who is the first person I look for, deserves a special mention for always having a smile on her face even when I know I’m being awkward.

GoogleI was slightly apprehensive as I had never used a storage facility before but all of the staff at Poole were brilliant and made the process so easy and stress-free. Checking in was straightforward and staff were on hand for all my questions; accessing the storage unit was really easy and convenient; staff were really friendly and always helpful; checkout couldn't have been more simple. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

GoogleI have been using Big Yellow Storage for the last 3 years and I have always been very happy with the service they provide. Michelle, Dan and Jenny are always very friendly, helpful and professional. They are always willing to help and available if needed. I often feel safe and secure, especially during the out of hours. There is easy access into the building, and it is well lit throughout. There is a great team at Poole Big Yellow, and they always provide an excellent service.

GoogleGot here after closing time and Michelle was the loveliest, helpful people ever. Didn't make us feel terrible for taking up an extra hour of her time where she could have just turned us away. Really knew her stuff and was very informative and friendly. Prices are okay, not got anything to compare it to but I'd recommend the place from the customer journey and Michelle in particular.
