Google+ Quick set up, easy to get in and out, love the trolleys available to you that helps you move everything, all the employees are very friendly and happy to explain every - the room I booked wasn't available so I had to upgrade, there was extra insurance fee I did not know about upfront making the storage pricier then expected

GoogleI've used Big Yellow a few times now for business purposes. Great place, clean and bright, friendly staff - and good value too. I do think that the renting process has become slow due to massive amount of questions and form filling. I've hired vans worth £40,000 with a quarter of the fuss! Annoying for many during a busy business day! My code to gain entry has 11 characters. How can a fool like me memorise that?

GoogleMichelle @ BYS Poole saved our day! When our buyers didn't complete on our mortgage and left us homeless in a new area for the night she quickly arranged a space for an 18 tonne trucks worth of belongings, made me a coffee to calm me down and stuck around after closing time to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect service. The pricing is surprisingly inexpensive and very flexible in that you only pay for what you use and get refunded anything over that. I really hope I never need to use them again, but I would definitely recommend the service to anyone else!

GoogleCame in to get prices. After a lot of farting around was given a cost but that was 1 hour that I was never going to get back again. Blow me down with a feather. I came back in to activate my storage room with my van fully loaded on a time constraint with another appointment to get to. 2 hours later and after so much faffing around I got my bits into the store. Long winded hand over, incompetent staff, poor record keeping and wishy washy price matrix. Unimpressed and I'm not keen to recommend. Otherwise nice storage areas.

GoogleVery impressed, staff efficient and friendly. Facilities first class . Would have been a five star review apart from the insurance..... went through the registration process, to be handed the final bill for the first 24 weeks, which I wanted to pay in advance. Bill for 24 Weeks came in over a £120 more than I had been quoted, asked for a breakdown, the additional £120 was for insurance for the first 24 weeks ! I would probably have let it ride if that had been for a years cover. £240 ish for £4000 worth of cover for a year is more than my home contents insurance ! Went on line found the same value £4000 worth of cover through GM insurance brokers, for £71.38 for a year !!! I appreciate business needs to make money but that's a blatant RIP off . Long and short, use Big Yellow … get your own insurance cover.

GoogleWe received excellent service from both Michelle and Gemma at the Nuffield Branch. Both of the ladies were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had all the relevant information to make the best decision regarding what would be the most suitable size unit for our needs. It was also reassuring to witness how seriously they take the security of their customers property and ensuring the possibility of unauthorised access to the building is minimised. Great service, excellent price.

GoogleFrom the initial phone call with Michelle the whole process has been a breeze, the price is competitive, the building is clean and dry, all the staff are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The provided trolleys, wide corridors and big lifts make moving stock around an easy task. We use the parcel receiving service and it has transformed my life....no more waiting around at home all day for deliveries! Using Big Yellow for my business has helped us to grow at a faster rate. Its flexibility is perfect if you are a start up company. Get a space booked today, best thing you will ever do!

GoogleWithout a doubt, one of the best storage depots in this area. We use it for commercial and domestic storage. It is very secure, clean and the support from the staff is superb. Nothing is too much problem and they always try to help you get the best out of your storage facilities. You will not go wrong with the Poole depot and its prices are the cheapest with the best facilities, we've been with them a couple of years now - would highly recommend.

GoogleMoving house is always a stressful time - especially if you need to store some furniture before completing your move. I'd never put household effects into storage before and had no idea of what to expect. My emails were answered promptly and provided all the details in a straight forward un-complicated way. When I arrived with my van load of furniture I received a calm, professional and courteous reception - just the thing to settle you down during a busy day. The depot is immaculate and I was at once confident that my treasured possessions would be secure and safe. All this plus the most favourable price I could find with serious comparisons via the internet! I cannot sing the praises high enough for Big Yellow Storage - and recommend them to anyone as professionals who provide an excellent service.
