GoogleWe used Big Yellow Self Storage in Poole from December last year until two weeks ago when our house purchase finally completed. They gave a first class professional service and went the extra mile during these difficult times. I would recommend them every time.

GoogleLoaded for a customer here and it is quite convenient as the life is quick however the code to get in seems longer than necessary imo.

GoogleCannot fault a single part of our experience. An excellent team, both on the phone and in person, who made a stressful relocation house move so much easier. We are very grateful and highly recommend Big Yellow Poole.

GoogleGreat service, very happy. The process made very simple and matched my other quote (and storage insurance quote) happy with that. Easy to get to off the main road, plus loads of loading bay space, 2 lifts and loads of trolleys etc.

GooglePhenomenal service! Aaron in particular went the extra mile and helped me load a heavy freezer, although he wasn't supposed to. Give this man a promotion!

GoogleVery good storage facility! Very secure and very reasonable prices! Only issue is normally only one member of staff working at any one time so if they are showing a customer around you will not get through on the phone.

GoogleThe lady who helped us was very professional couldn't fault her. Get you own insurance online though, you must have it and their's is extortionate

GoogleExtremely unhelpful. Accepted my contract and then informed me it had to be changed.
