GoogleVery helpful staffs. Unlike Shurgard self storage. I did not have to pay for any 15days notice period before I get my refund of that month. The same day I went to collect my items. I had my remaining money refunded back to my account. It was showing in my account the next day even as they saud it may take 3 to 5 working days.

GoogleWonderful assistance given; I’d had a very long day and arrived on my own with my 2yr old boy.... very tired and emotional.... I think the ladies name was Jemma that helped me and she could not have done enough to ensure I was catered for and looked after. Great service and would definitely use again. All the containers are clean and spacious and great security

GoogleThis is the 1st time we've used a self storage unit and I can say I'm quite happy using this company, the lady in reception (Julia) was very helpful and has a warm personality, she put us at ease and answered all our questions , we'd be very happy using this place again in the future.

GoogleReally happy with the service and setup. Ben at the Poole store was extremely clear, explained all the services, walked round the facility and made the process very simple. Even the out of hours service was made easy and considering he was on his own on bank holiday Monday, didn’t rush or skip anything. Very happy.

GoogleThis is without doubt the the best storage facility I have ever encountered. It's not just the size of the units and the competitive prices but the gem lays in the excellent customer service I receive from the staff. You just get that reassurance that everything is running smoothly and will continue to do so come rain or shine. Keep up the excellent work guys!

GoogleWe've used big yellow for a few years. Everytime we move out of one property we use it to store personal belongings until we've moved into our next property. It's brilliant and the staff are lovely too.
