GoogleThe staff at Big Yellow went above and beyond to be helpful. I was not only pleased with the service - but a little bit blown away by how polite and helpful they were. Honestly some of the best service I've had across any industry. And considering I work in the luxury industry, that's saying something. I would hire these ladies in a shot if I could.

GoogleSo I finished working through the items that I had placed in storage and came to the end of my agreement. Throughout every step of the way Sam and Michelle have been fabulous. Kind and friendly they both not only remember your name but previous conversations. Thoroughly professional and at the same time explain everything in a way that makes it so easy to follow. I cannot recommend them enough if you have anything to store - downsizing storage rooms could not have been easier. To Sam and Michelle - than you so very much for all your help - you're awesome :)

GoogleFrom initial contact through to our house contents being installed into our allocated storage room we were treated with great courtesy and a willingness to help that made the experience easy and trouble free. The surrounding building area, storage space and communal areas were extremely clean and well lit. All above ground levels were serviced by wide well maintained and secure lifts. Access to the building and allocated storage units was controlled by a unique password system which gave a greater sense of security. Would recommend Big Yellow storage to anyone looking for a secure place to keep their possessions.

This is the second time I've used Big Yellow in Poole and the team consistantly provide excellent service and really give you the sense they would do anything to help. Thanks again

GoogleI found the whole procedure of booking a locker very quick and easy online. All the staff are very friendly and patiently explain the in's and outs of placing items in storage and the cost is broken down and very easy to understand. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place and great security. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to store their items and have a piece of mind of the safety and security of this place You can go in and out anytime during opening hours either to take things out or put in.

GoogleSuper helpful at poole branch, explained everything and the facility is really clean and organised. I was slightly disappointed with my room as it had a supporting joist running at one side which restricted storage. But I am not planning for long term storage so was bearable. The manager who was lovely, did try and find alternative but was fully booked , but as a service you cannot fault ....this us the 2nd time I have used them and definitely will again.
