GoogleThis was my first time using a self storage company and I'm so very pleased and grateful that Big Yellow Self Storage was recommended to me. Sammy and the rest of the Colchester team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, nothing was too much trouble for the team. The storage facility is in a very convenient location with ample parking and loading facilities, and great hours for accessibility. Communication and customer service was absolutely first rate. A range of very competitively priced storage options are available. It was an absolute pleasure to be a customer of this service in Colchester and I cannot recommend this facility and the team highly enough. Many thanks to all of you for making a very difficult situation as easy and straightforward as possible. Keep up the good work!
