GoogleFirst time using Big Yellow Self Storage, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout. A special mention to Jonny, whose friendly smile and positive attitude really stood out. He went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. This will definitely be my go-to self storage choice for as long as I’m in the North London area. Highly recommended!

GoogleI had a really pleasant experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and even offered me a drink, which made me feel comfortable straight away. They took the time to show me around the storage space, explained clearly how everything works, and guided me through how to organise my items. I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were in going through the details and terms, everything felt transparent and easy to understand. A special thank you to Gemma, she was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The whole team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, what could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

GoogleBig Yellow is a safe place for all your gear, excellent security and access procedures, all at a very reasonable cost. The rooms are kept clean and are fully alarmed. Sandra, Jason & Patrick on the reception desk run their self-storage facility like a Swiss-watch!

GoogleNice and friendly staff. Had some technical issues with the third-party company that handles the security/password system (completely useless), but other than that, all good.

GoogleI found the staff very helpful in all aspects of my enquiry. I never felt rushed or pressured, all my questions were answered and explained in full putting my mind at rest. I was shown around several units so that I could see what size I needed and once I decided which one, I was helped to fill in all the forms. Very helpful staff. I can highly recommend
