GoogleVery helpful staff. From the moment I contacted them, I was given clear instructions and all the information I needed. They were also very flexible with my move-in date, as I had to change it several times. Lisa was always helpful and made sure everything was arranged for me.

GoogleAmazing experience here yesterday. We were helped by Kaythryn and she was extremely helpful and intuitive! She explained everything in detail and left us with no questions. She listened and understood well what we needed without us even asking (or knowing what was best for us.) She also made great suggestions. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was another colleague of hers who was also helpful, even though he was attending to other people. Great people! Great store!

GoogleI went to the Enfield branch today to make a payment. As soon as I entered, I was met by a young woman who seemed unable or unwilling to even greet customers politely.When O ask her name she'is be upset say Sarah... She kept insisting that four weeks does not make a month, and became visibly irritated while I was trying to explain my situation. She spoke to me disrespectfully and even pointed her finger at me while talking. I asked to speak to another member of staff, but she claimed that nobody else was available. I simply wanted to make my payment and avoid prolonging the situation. When I took my phone out, she seemed to assume that I was recording her. I have never experienced such unpleasant treatment at this branch before. The other staff members have always been friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also have difficulty walking, yet she locked the lift access and made me struggle with it twice. I sincerely hope the management takes this incident seriously and looks into how customers are being treated.

GoogleWe came last Friday for information about storage and the girl, who was working there was absolutely amazing. Her name is Sarah. She was super patient with us, explained everything in details, helped with every single worry we had. I them went to other places to check prices and service but I came back here 3 days later just because of her. She was the only one who left a good feeling in me, I felt safe and welcomed there. Thank you Sarah if you can see this. You made our day!
