GoogleI was dealing with Laurence Doucet and we were told given over email about that the stuff we had asked to be removed has been done. Surprise, surprise, after we take the keys and open the house the stuff has not been removed. We were given in writing LIE just to do completion.

Hello..I have now spoken to Laurence about this and unfortunately, your request to remove items from the property came in after exchange of contracts! Laurence did say that she would try for you but the sellers were just not able to remove the items. All items I understand were included on the fixture and fittings list that was supplied by the seller at the beginning of the transaction. I am sorry that this spoilt your experience, but largely this was out of our control. I hope that you will be very happy in your new home, but if I can help further, please let me know. Andrew Hi. GoogleLaurence and the team at acorn have been nothing but helpful and really made moving house a lot less stressful due to their efficiency and hard work, I would highly recommend them and if we ever wanted to move again I wouldn’t hesitate to sell my home with them.

GoogleI met Andzelika in Acorn DARTFORD office on Saturday and discussed my apartment that I wanted to let out. By Monday evening I had two viewings and by Tuesday the tenancy was finalised. I can see their commitment and their genuine interest in both lamdlola and the tenants. Thanks again for your assistance.

GoogleA fantastic team and a real pleasure to do business with! Despite some hiccups along the way with the sale, the agents have always been helpful and engaging. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is willing to go the extra mile, from the administration team right up to Area Manager. Very down to Earth people and would engage with them again.

GoogleI cannot recommend lettings department highly enough! I'm first time Landlord and I would never go through the process without the Acorn assist. I'm in the process of buying 2 more properties and will definitely get Andzelika to look after rental side of my investment!
