Despite the difficulties of the situation, they remained patient, supportive, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. Dammy was incredible, he was so diligent in making sure that all the T’s were crossed and I’s were dotted to make the sale and purchase progress. He replied to every email, phone call, chased up solicitors, helped me complete legal documents. Without him the sale wouldn’t have gone through and he was far more conscientious than my solicitors in following everything up. I thoroughly recommend Dammy 100%. He is also very upbeat and positive, you really feel he has your back during such a stressful time. Best estate agent ever, he really is fantastic.

We’ve found our current flat via Acorn, and Adam was our point of contact. He was very attentive in the beginning, answered all questions, and was very responsive, but then once we paid the holding deposit, things have changed, it got harder to get in touch with him, and most of the things were done last minute like even knowing what date we could move in. We weren’t properly informed and had push a lot for things to go forward. Acorn doesn’t really care if you are tenant so if you are a landlord yup definitely go head and work with them but as a tenant you will be misinformed, you will be have to chase all the time and you won’t find any support when you need.

I very recently attended a rental viewing where Jade Clements was the viewing agent. Jade was amazing, knowledgeable about the property, and had a smiling and calming conversational style (property searching and viewing can often be stressful!). Jade allowed me NON-rushed ample time to inspect the property, fully answered all my questions regarding it, and provided me good insight into the current rental market and aspects of the offer process. While I did not put an offer on that particular property (which was indeed lovely and well worth my viewing time effort), the viewing of it with Jade provided me a truly positive experience with Acorn, and I look forward to future Acorn Group interactions.

Whilst the process for selling our flat and buying a house was not straight forward and induced higher levels of stress than having children, it was comforting and made less painful knowing we had the support, empathy and commitment from our estate agent (Arikson Franco). There were multiple occasions where our chain looked like it was going to fall through and Arikson went above and beyond to make sure that didn’t happen - including proactively engaging with buyers lower down in the chain where their own estate agents where not doing their part. I might be in no immediate rush to move in the near future but we would highly recommend using the acorn group, and Arikson in particular.
