We contacted Adam in relation to a property search as we were looking for a new rental. Adam was polite, courteous, very knowledgeable about the property market in his area and was able to quickly and correctly, understand our needs. He is also very personable and came across in a truly authentic manner, not some 'wide boy' as some others do. Although we eventually found a property with another agent in a different area, I can highly recommend Adam and the Acorn Team for your property search.

We chose Acorn because they had a good presence in the local area, with history of selling houses in our street. A very professional service, the all important house description and photographs of the property were fantastic. The process of marketing, listing and photographing the property was extremely easy (thanks Anthony for superb pictures!). As a result, we sold the property within two weeks. To be honest finding a buyer and selling your property STC is the easy bit and just the start of the journey. It's at this point you really begin to realise how professional, knowledgeable and helpful Acorn really are. Ross form the Lewisham branch was extremely pragmatic and helpful during the purchasing process. The sale was particularly delicate and complicated due to some unfortunate circumstances from the sellers perspective. The service we received from the Lewisham branch of Acorn on the letting side was excellent. Both Lilia and Jade were very helpful and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending Acorn if they are arranging the letting of your property. Lilia was kind and helpful, understanding our requirements as our daughter, a new landlord, works abroad and we live some distance away. Lilia was respectful of the property, even removing her shoes on entry and marketed the apartment quickly and attractively. She always responded to any queries in a timely manner and was even good enough to go and remove an unwanted TV for us, as we lived far away. She really did go above and beyond to help us out and to find suitable clients. Jade, too was super helpful in all our dealings with her always responding quickly and efficiently. If either one was unavailable for any reason, the other always responded in a timely and knowledgeable manner . As a team they provided us with an excellent service. We were kept informed at every stage of the proceeding and I can recommend their services.

Brilliant experience, easily the best estate agent time I've had in a while. We dealt with Mantas, who I would recommend asking for if you're looking to let somewhere. He dealt with me as a person, rather than a number to fill a quota, and found me the right place quickly, within my budget and needs, and didn't try and flaunt me anything that was obviously over my budget.
