Nathaniell goes above and beyond to satisfy the client, he went out of his way to ensure we got a tenant as soon as possible. He stepped in to sort the situation after a rival estate agent was slow and cumbersome and found a tenant within 2 weeks. He is extremely helpful, and with great availability, he was always on hand to answer any questions at any time through calls or even better, via WhatsApp. He gives estate agents a good name again!

Overall I had a good experience with Acorn although not everyone was as helpful/good. Nathaniell Ward who helped me find a new property to rent was incredibly helpful and very quick to answer and sort any issues. The manager Matt Lanninge was equally very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the experience with the admin team was definitely not as good, everything was cumbersome and at times not so pleasant. I had to go each time back to Nathaniell to smooth things over, which he always did. Hence the 4 stars only.

Best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke to a lady called Robena. The property I was initially interested in had already been sold. There was nothing else available within my budget but she encouraged me to view a property that was well above my max budget. After viewing I made an offer that was of course well below asking price. She negotiated beautifully , professionally, efficiently and understood my situation perfectly. Due to this the offer was accepted. I should say that this all took place within 36 hours.
