Another amazing experience using Acorn in London Bridge to let our flat in Bermondsey. We have been letting out our flat through Acorn (London Bridge) for a number of years. Never disappointed yet! Hi everyone, recently I rented out my flat at Elephant & Castle in London with the support of Mauricio Sanchez and Emma Underwood from Acorn Estate Agents. It had to be rented on a short notice, I had minimum rent requirement and needed a decent tenant. The flat had to be also cleaned and renovated before the new tenant came in. As I was not in London there was an additional challenge in coordinating the process. Mauricio and Emma took on the project and in a short period of time secured great lease. With their help we managed to select a good tenant and great conditions and supported me with coordinating cleaning and renovation works. They were reliable, responsive, managed to satisfy my lease requirements fully at a quite competitive fee. I’d recommend anyone who needs a flexible, adequate snd swift support to seek out their service
