Excellent experience buying a flat through Acorn London Bridge - Stuart went well beyond the call of duty supporting both me and the sellers through the sale. A huge difference in service and professionalism to some of the other estate agents active in this area - we had had some unpleasant experiences previously, but Acorn were fantastic. If I ever decide to put the flat back on the market, I will come straight back to them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mauricio, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He showed us some fantastic apartments and demonstrated a super friendly and professional approach throughout. What stood out the most was his ability to truly listen to our needs in terms of quality and building preferences. Mauricio is a prompt estate agent with a nice, non-pushy tone that made the whole process enjoyable, stress-free and a pleasure to view properties without feeling rushed.

They conduct viewings themselves with potential buyers and oversee the sales progression. Acorn was a massive help in securing my new flat in London. Acorn were a fantastic estate agent. As first time buyers, they really helped us through the process. Their viewings were thorough, detailed, and instructive. They spent the time explaining how to proceed with the purchase, and when it came to making an offer they kept us up to date on competing offers. After the offer was accepted, they gave recommendations on solicitors and insurance, and kept us informed regarding the sale. They were also really helpful in moving the paperwork along. We are thrilled to have now purchased our first home and would recommend Acorn as an estates to anyone. Overall- we felt that Acorn were honest, and their primary aim was to help the vendor sell the property to the right people. They didn't pressure us, or mislead us, and we were able to complete just over 3 months after we first viewed. A big thanks to Beth and Stuart, for getting us over the line and being a big help along the way.

I've been in the process of buying a property in London for about 1,5 years and tried about every agency out there. The majority of estate agents I've met were barely out of school and usually had little knowledge about the property they presented or the real estate industry in general. I bought my first property with Acorn London Bridge and sold it with them 10 years later. I asked Acorn and a larger agent for a valuation and they both came back the same. Whilst the larger agent then hounded me for months about selling, Acorn didn't apply pressure, and when my timeline changed they were entirely understanding, empathetic and flexible - they see both the human and business side of property, which is much appreciated during the emotionally charged experience of moving house!
