Due to being let down by two previous buyers the process of selling took a lot longer than expected, therefore I have had communications with a number of the team. It was confusing at times as I was having correspondence from different agents. That said, the team were very proactive and pulled all the stops out with the many viewings. Would definitely recommend this estate agents. I have been looking for a new home but never came across an estate agents that showed they really care. I spoke to Carly today who was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my wants and needs. Carly was able to share some properties they have on the market presently and was willing to book me in for a viewing without any hesitation. She was extremely professional in asking relevant questions to which I had not thought about. Not only was she able to find some strong contenders but also advise me how they can help me buy my dream home. Carly is an asset to the organisation and would highly recommend speaking with her if you are thinking of your next move. Head and shoulders above the rest.

Carly showed us around the property and she honestly stood out from any other estate agent we’ve met so far. She was really friendly and accommodating from the start. I have to say selling through ACORN at Northumberland heath has been a very good one from start to finish. The team at ACORN are very professional, relatable and good at what they do. Thankfully, we made the decision to turn to Acorn for assistance, and that's when Amelia Giles came to our rescue. We were amazed by Amelia's prompt response as she arrived at our house the very next day. She wasted no time in taking high-quality photos, organising viewings, and attracting offers. Within just two weeks of reaching out to her, we had multiple offers on the table. It was truly impressive. Throughout the entire process, Amelia remained proactive and took charge.
