I recently had Connor from Acorn Estate Agents in Dartford carry out a valuation on my property, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Even though I made it clear that the valuation was mainly out of curiosity rather than an immediate plan to sell, Connor still took the time to be thorough, professional, and extremely helpful. He arrived well prepared, talked me through the local market, and explained clearly how he reached the valuation figure. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush the appointment and was happy to answer all my questions. His knowledge of the Dartford area and current property trends was very reassuring. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience with no pressure at all, just honest advice and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor and Acorn Estate Agents to anyone thinking about selling or simply wanting an up to date idea of their property’s value.

I've had a fantastic experience with Aidan at Dartford Acorn. Since I was rushing to move to a new property, I've had several viewings before this particular one. Aidan was incredibly polite, welcoming, and provided great advice. He not only showed me around but answered at least 15 different questions I had in mind, which goes to show his patience. I literally said "yes I'll take this one" on the spot, which is quite unusual. I was even informed of the full process, which made it easier for me to gather all the information within a space of 2-3 working days. In addition, he has constantly kept me informed throughout the process by text, answering any queries I had. I was very impressed by the way everything was setup. I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but for Aidan Harding who provided exceptional service I will. I am a landlord who has an existing relationship with another letting agents. End of tenancy I decide to shop around for a new managing agent. I speak to numerous agents and Aidan was the best by FAR. A true professional and clearly an expert at what he does. MASSIVE THANK YOU! My experience with Aidan at Dartford Acorn has been exceptional! From the moment I messaged him about a property, he has been incredibly helpful and provided genuine advice. I experienced him going above and beyond to find solutions without pressuring me into making hasty decisions. And the communication has been absolutely A1, responsive and CLEAR from start to end- which was a breath of fresh air, in the mist of my own chaos with moving. I was also impressed by how well Aidan communicated between the landlord and myself. He ensured we were BOTH well-informed before any agreements were made and kept this process transparent. He even arranged for a washing machine to be set up before I moved in, which was a great convenience, I didn’t have to chase anything up! It was a well oiled and smooth process all-round. On the day of my move, I also receive a box of goodies, which was a nice touch and thoughtful gesture. Jacqueline Bissett personally saw through the sale to completion. Not only did she manage to sell our house quickly for a fair price, she did it in a very difficult time in the market! Jackie is a lovely, genuine, friendly and professional agent. Her back up team are great too and she did not wash her hands of us once the house was sold, she dealt with us and our buyers personally. We instructed Acorns to sell our property in Dartford and they were extremely efficient and easy to deal with. They were realistic through the whole process and achieved a price that everyone was happy with (buyers and seller). Their communication was better than expected throughout and they ensured that any hurdles were overcome. The sale never felt in jeopardy which was helped by the clear communication through the process. Richard Allen was particularly helpful and his knowledge of the Dartford housing market was clear. Jacqueline Bissett is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with I have bought many properties from various estate agents Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and well presented she even call me back outside of office hours she even gave me a contact in Catford acorn office as I was selling 4 flats in that area but Robinson and Jackson had listed them for over 6 Months with none of the sales going through I put acon as joint agent and acon sold them all Jacqueline even chased up the agents for me when flat 3 took longer to go through when I start buying again next year I will be contacting her as she is an asset to acorn and I would highly recommend her
