Purchasing my home was very important to me and my family. There were so many factors that I needed to consider when making the decision. Jackie from the Acorn Dartford office pleasantly surprised me with the patience and understanding she showed in this process. She was always readily available to support via calls and messages at different times of the day. I felt like she genuinely wanted what was best for both parties (me the buyer and her client the vendor). It was a pleasure working with her and Acorn.

MASSIVE THANK YOU! My experience with Aidan at Dartford Acorn has been exceptional! From the moment I messaged him about a property, he has been incredibly helpful and provided genuine advice. I experienced him going above and beyond to find solutions without pressuring me into making hasty decisions. And the communication has been absolutely A1, responsive and CLEAR from start to end- which was a breath of fresh air, in the mist of my own chaos with moving. I was also impressed by how well Aidan communicated between the landlord and myself. He ensured we were BOTH well-informed before any agreements were made and kept this process transparent. He even arranged for a washing machine to be set up before I moved in, which was a great convenience, I didn’t have to chase anything up! It was a well oiled and smooth process all-round. On the day of my move, I also receive a box of goodies, which was a nice touch and thoughtful gesture. Overall, the entire team at Acorn Dartford has been friendly and accommodating and I couldn't be happier with my moving experience.

Jacqueline Bissett personally saw through the sale to completion. Not only did she manage to sell our house quickly for a fair price, she did it in a very difficult time in the market! Jackie is a lovely, genuine, friendly and professional agent. Her back up team are great too and she did not wash her hands of us once the house was sold, she dealt with us and our buyers personally. Personally chased up and followed through with solicitors etc. An Acorn agent is with you til the end, which gave us excellent continuity and reassurance. Thank you to Acorn but especially to Jackie. Thanks Amelia We have just finalised the sale of our late Mother's house. We used Acorns Dartford office and dealt with Amelia Giles, who was an absolute star. She was very polite and professional and kept us completely up to date with everything, also keeping our buyers onside, considering probate took 22weeks to come through. I'm sure the buyer would have pulled out of the purchase had Amelia not assured them that everything would work out fine. Jacqueline Bissett is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with I have bought many properties from various estate agents Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and well presented she even call me back outside of office hours she even gave me a contact in Catford acorn office as I was selling 4 flats in that area but Robinson and Jackson had listed them for over 6 Months with none of the sales going through I put acon as joint agent and acon sold them all Jacqueline even chased up the agents for me when flat 3 took longer to go through when I start buying again next year I will be contacting her as she is an asset to acorn and I would highly recommend her

Payge was very good and helpful throughout our purchase and sale. Our buyers proved to be difficult and very much changing their mind few times, usually when it mattered the most. Payge dealt with it very well by chasing them and the whole chain, and keept us fully informed of the progress she was making. Long overdue review, as we completed in December, but very much deserved and I very much recommend Payge and Dartford office. They have managed to keep our stress levels at minimum during the whole process.

It’s been my first time for both my boyfriend and I leaving home to go and rent. Our estate agent Haydn has been the nicest estate agent we could have hoped for. Throughout the entire process he has been extremely helpful, supportive, patient and quick to respond to any queries we have had. I’ve literally called up so many times and probably pestered the life out of him with questions haha! But Haydn has just been so great the entire time and it’s been such a privilege to work with him.
