No professionalism had to chase and chase the staff over the course of 6 + months at Taylors leagrave/marsh farm branch. Pretty poor experience and service through and through. However had a better experience with the staff at the Stopsley branch, purchased our first home through this establishment "taylors leagrave!" with Ian as the main point of contact managing our purchase. Very unprofessional staff members such as Amir and Jay. They found my call backs to chase up on the process amusing, sniggering on the phone and being darn right unprofessional. A nightmare branch but eventually pulled through after weeks of chasing them for finalising. Our experience was not smooth sailing due to lack of professionalism from certain staff members.

After our original flat fell through at the last minute, Spencer Thomas was wonderful in helping us find a new place in Cardiff Bay. Throughout our time renting with Taylors, he was great! He responded to communication quickly, was polite and caring, and even went above and beyond his role to problem solve when we had a final refund issue after move-out. Spencer deserves 5 stars! The lower rating is due to the Assistant Lettings Branch Manager, HS, who was consistently dismissive, uninterested in helping and provided the absolute minimum of communication, verging onto rudeness. We did not feel supported by her at all and felt that we had to go over her head to get appropriate help, particularly after move-out with our required refund. It is unfortunate that this person does not meet her colleagues' level of respect and professionalism when dealing with clients.

From day one, he was sharp, responsive, and completely on top of everything. No chasing, no confusion, just clear communication and things getting done properly. That level of consistency makes a massive difference, especially when you’re used to dealing with the opposite. He understands what matters from an investor’s point of view and handles things in a way that actually moves deals forward, rather than slowing them down. Honestly, he sets the standard. I originally had my property on the market with another agent on Albany Road for around 6 months with no real progress, which was getting pretty frustrating. Someone recommended Ben at Taylor’s in Roath, so I got in touch, and the difference was clear straight away. He actually knows how to sell a property, not just list it. From day one, he had a plan, pushed the marketing properly, and handled viewings with purpose. We went back on the market at the same price and he managed to get it sold within two weeks. After my experience before, it just showed what a good agent can actually do. Would definitely recommend Ben if you want your property properly sold.
