GoogleGreat service from Aiden and Emily thus far. I had my rental property advertised with another Cardiff letting agents for 6 weeks and in that time only had 3 viewings. They advised me to drop the price twice claiming the market was quiet. I moved it to Taylors and had 5 viewings in 48 hours, 3 of which wanted to proceed with a let. The price was also at a higher amount than advertised elsewhere. Very slick service. Aiden in particular seemed proactive in booking viewings and Emily has been excellent during the transition between viewings and the tenants moving in. Both have been great at communicating throughout. Well done. I would definitely use you in future to source tenants. Thank you.
