The finish, fixtures and fittings are appalling its obvious that they have used the cheapest they could find, it's never a good sign when there is mould growing on the skirting boards in every room.

Not sure who wants to live next to Walley’s Quarry stinky landfill… We lived outside of Newcastle-under-Lyme, and ended up moving out of the area due to the waft we’d regularly get from this landfill; it was unbearable 5 miles away!

If I could leave negative stars I would - 1 star is too high to give. We purchased our house 3.5 years ago and ever since then we have been fighting for issues to be fixed and they keep palming us off either saying it's our fault or marking issues as complete when they are not, just because they don't want to rectify their shoddy work!! The houses are awful and we have so many wonky walls that I think a 5yr old could do a better job! Will never buy a Persimmon home again, worst costly mistake we could have made

My son and daughter in law purchased a home on this development and what brilliant value for the money. Build quality is excellent and aftercare support is first class.

Wow wow wow, amazing all the staff Zoe, Katherine and Georgia and the site manager Ash can not do enough for you if I could give 10 stars I would. The finishes are exceptional I can't wait to get into my new home.
