Google5 stars has to be due to fake reviews. People have been very disgruntled with their homes and this dust bowl of a community is not a safe place to live. Not just the total lack of street lighting that makes this place dark and leaves a feeling of unease.
Don’t move here unless you want your car vandalised, your house broken into and targeted on Facebook in the boys club of a group where everyone whinges constantly and where the police aren’t interested unless the crime involves a gun or an axe (and yes, we’ve had both).
Stepford by day and Moss Side by night. Animosity, judgement and preconceived ideas between home owners and non homeowners. Welcome to the post-Covid apocalypse in an area that was ironically designed to promote social inclusion. No facilities yet provided for the estate. I would recommend not holding your breath…
