I went to have a look around the estate. It looks awful. Very small houses all on top of each other. They could have done a lot better than this. Im disappointed as I was very interested.

DISGRACEFUL. - Now in the process of taking this company to court and escalating to warranty provider, Filing a formal complaint with the New Homes Ombudsman, and preparing for court through my solicitor. - take what the sales reps say with a grain of salt. Will be seeing potential buyers at the sales office and warning them until my issues get resolved. PLEASE NOTE: 95% of this site is owned by persimmons for grounds maintenance and absolutely NOTHING has been done in the last 2 years to maintain it yet we all get charge a factor fee. Scandulous

Over promised and Under delivered!!!! Snags still not finished and been in the property for almost a year. Many in the estate have had the same problem and some even ovr 2 years. Lack of communication from Customer Care (same message every time) and they never get back to you. Many residents including myself will be taking further action. Do NOT buy one of these properties, regardless of what sales says. Turf also left to get wet on peoples front gardens, unmaintained estate as per images.

Digging back gardens out as soil builders used is contaminated. Get some good surveys done before buying is my advice

We moved in at the start of the year. We have received a very high level of service. From the start the sales team Fiona, Julie and Rob helped us through our journey to us arriving at our new home. After sales and customer service is amazing too. It’s not a case of we have your money and you are forgotten. Matt and Ashley are very accommodating and want to make sure you are completely happy in your new home. Always willing to help and explain any issues you have. The whole team are a credit to Persimmons and I highly recommend using them to anyone looking to move to the area.

A few weeks ago I visited the site and found the staff rude and unfriendly. I was trying to have a conversation with one of the team, when another customer arrived and stated talking over me the member of staff simply carried on chatting with that said customer and dismissed me as if we’d finished talking . I then went to Barrett’s Home, great Service and had a fantastic experience. I bought from them instead Very poor

Just had the rudest sales women possibly ever. I was enquiring about selling my current persimmon home to move to a slightly different one and the sales women in persimmon Selby office was so disgustingly rude we had to walk out. Shameful service
