GoogleTerrible Experience with Persimmon Homes Moved into a Persimmon home and it’s been nothing but problems. The shower leaks, the banister is cracked, and despite contacting site managers multiple times, nothing gets sorted. Dirt and stones from the roadworks are constantly hitting one side of my car and chipping the paintwork, yet customer service denied my complaint. I was even told that if I gave them a good rating on their feedback form, they’d be more willing to help with repairs. Completely unprofessional. Several workers I’ve spoken to have nothing good to say about the site managers, and I’ve seen more staff walking off-site than I can count. Avoid Persimmon Homes, cheap materials, poor post-handover service, and terrible management.
