Lived here for less than 2 months various issues Perssimon never turn up to appointments booked and don’t care about customers once purchased there is always issues with the house. Build quality is very poor and finish is worse. And with all the issues and no repairs done today opened. My door and the facia for the garage has all come down and all over the drive way. Very bad. I would avoid at all costs. But the estate is nice and the people and the house is versatile.
