GoogleI am very pleased and grateful to persimmon kings cove. I was looking for a 🏠 for my family. When I met with Kiri Hislop, she was very understandable, calm and experienced sales advisor to me. She helped me from the day one till to the end. She understood my all struggling situations and helped me a lot with her support. Without her support I don't know i would have able to buy my house. Me and my wife will never forget her name in our life and always she will be in our heart. I believe very few people can touche your heart through their behaviour. We all know that developers are very commercial and only think about their business. But I have seen completely different picture with persimmon. I would say still humanity exists in this world from my experience with the persimmon. My mortgage journey was very long and frustrating. I was supposed to complete my purchase on June. However, due to my mortgage complexity it took several months to complete. Finally I got the keys on the beginning of the November. They waited for me. I am very pleased with the sale director Laura still for understanding my situation and considering all the extensions. I would like to thank sales manager Lasley Couper for her help. I would recommend persimmon homes for everyone who are looking for houses. Again I would express my special gratitude towards Kiri Hislop. Thank you kiri for everything. Kind regards, Syed

GoogleTuesday they were closed, so I requested a brochure. Wednesday, still closed so I booked a callback for Friday morning. They didn't phone, so I tried to call them. No answer. Tried to call a bit later, still no answer. And then a third time, still no answer. I sent an email with my questions, to which they replied "Thank you for your enquire please do call us if we can help further " (yep, with spelling mistakes and literally zero information or responses to my queries). Having had absolutely zero luck buying a home with Persimmon, I have begun talks with a different developer and I'm hoping to place my deposit tomorrow. If Persimmon are interested at all in selling me a house, they have my contact information. I won't hold my breath.

GoogleIf I could put no stars I would. Terrible company. Terrible communication, take 0 responsibility for shoddy workmanship. Will never buy a home from persimmon again, avoid.
