I want to share my experience. I have been a customer and reserved a house called Delamere. My free advice would be not to buy any house from Persimmons when they just released it. The price is likely to drop significantly by the time they finish construction. Here is my experience. I reserved the house by the end of March, and around the end of May, the price suddenly dropped by £5,000. Then they announced an NHS discount, which is £500 for each £25000 spent. In my house, it would be worth £6000 (they gave me just £4000 initially). In summary, I lost £7000, which I could have spent on buying fabulous furniture for the house. I asked if there was any way they could compensate or provide a voucher, or at least offer some upgrades, but unfortunately, nothing was delivered. It was a lesson for me, and I hope others will be careful with that.
