GoogleOur experience with this new-build estate has been nothing but stressful and deeply disappointing. From the very beginning, we were misled at almost every step. Promises were made that were later denied, timelines constantly shifted, and important details were either hidden or glossed over.
The sales lady in particular was unhelpful, dismissive, and consistently unreliable. Instead of offering support or clarity, she gave us vague answers, incorrect information, and at times outright contradictions to what we had previously been told. It felt like we were being lied to throughout the entire process just to keep us on the hook.
Buying a home should be exciting, instead, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this development to proceed with extreme caution.

GoogleDo not buy Plot 100, we had the plot reserved from march and it was full of lies. The sales lady could never give us accurate information for basic things like how many solar panels would be on the house. Persimmons then tried to add 4 manhole to our garden and never once told us. They were never able to provide accurate plans for the drainage. After fighting this with our solicitors and lodging a formal complaint they then threatened legal action if we didn’t complete. Lucky we managed to get out of the contract. Stay well clear.

GoogleVery rude sales assistant. She should not be on that kind of business. Dont waste your time visiting this site. I used to be a Persimmon costumer .I bought a house down South West in Amesbury Salisbury its a Persimmon homes all the sales assistant very nice and very accommodating. Persimmon down Colne Lancashire as well they are all very nice apart from the sales assistant in Cote Farm Shipley. I would not recommend this site to all my colleagues in NHS .Stay away from this lady sales assistant there.
