GoogleI actually live on the estate.... Unlike some of the reviews. Lovely quiet estate. Nice houses and in general nice people. (Except the few who refuse to clean up after their dogs!) As for the landfill, yes some days it's not the best but on the whole it's no worse than when I lived a few miles away and certainly wouldn't put me off buying here.

GoogleDo not buy these homes!! They're built right next to walleys quarry (Google it) the new owners are being scammed. The homes will stink on a Daily basis and will be filled with toxic gases. They will make the owners ill both mentally and physically. They will never be able to be sold on.

GoogleThis review is no reflection on the quality and style of the build. It's the site location right next to the infamous Walleys quarry and I really worry what gasses will be seeping into your homes. It's going be another 40 years before the landfill is restored to an acceptable standard

GoogleNot sure who wants to live next to Walley’s Quarry stinky landfill… We lived outside of Newcastle-under-Lyme, and ended up moving out of the area due to the waft we’d regularly get from this landfill; it was unbearable 5 miles away!

GoogleIf you want to choke on toxic gases from the countries most corrupt and stinkiest landfill then this new estate is perfect for your family. Seriously though for your health, STAY AWAY!!!! (Read up about walleys quarry landfill and hopefully you make the right decision)
