I am giving 3 stars for the fact I like my home and I like where my home is situated. What is so disappointing is the estate is not being maintained, cars from site are constantly parking in residents parking areas and customer service is pretty much non existent (unless you're lucky enough to speak with Diane). I've been battling for 18 months for things to be fixed and find you just get ignored until you take it higher. Even then, you start to be ignored again. I've finally given up in trying to have my items fixed so if you're ready for the challenge then this place is okay for you but if you don't want the headache it isn't.

My son moved in last year. A few things have started to show that really shouldn't. Nasty cracks around the window in bathroom. Plasterboard nails coming through the ceiling. Patio slabs all loose and wobble.

If you are planning to buy a newly built house and you are from Nantwich or Crew, then this residential area could be a great option for you. Although it is a little far from Stoke, the area is quiet and peaceful. The streets are a bit narrow, so it is important to drive slowly and carefully, as per residential area laws. However, overall, it is a great location to settle down with your family.

I have a very nice house now after some snagging issues at the start but Avril Elliot in the office was absolutely lovely, always there to help with anything I needed and the site manager John went over and above for me. Have there been some issues, yes, but I've found that I was always validated and both Avril and John did their best to fix these as quickly as possible.

We finally moved into our home in November 23 although we should have been in by the summer. This time was really stressful with a lot of tears as our eldest child was starting primary school and we feared they wouldn’t accept her to the local school until we moved (they were actually super accommodating) and a 4 month commute from Edinburgh to Musselburgh for school took its toll on us. During this long hard wait and constant push backs on our moving date we were not given the honest reasons why our plot had been delayed by months, later finding out the real reason for the delay (which was actually very reasonable and would have been less stressful if we had been told the truth in the beginning). As you can expect with any new builds, our home did come with snags and the odd thing that had to be changed. John the site manager has been absolutely amazing throughout the process, very helpful, accommodating, and quick to resolve any problems we had. John even came and knocked on our door after the Christmas break to make sure no other issues had occurred during the time the site team were off which I really appreciated. All our snags were quickly rectified. We were lucky that John had just started on the site when we moved as we were aware that this site has had many different managers who were unhelpful and made a lot of promises to other residents that they couldn’t keep. If you have the pleasure of having John assist you, you will be sure to have matters resolved quickly. Avril in the sales office has been super helpful throughout the process and although she had to deal with me being very upset with our delays on a few occasions, she did her best to help and passed on any matters of concern to head office. Avril also sent us updates of our build stage which was super helpful and communication overall was great. Before moving, other residents had highlighted the lack of communication from head office. I have to say that their communication with me and how quickly they have actioned any problems has been quite the opposite. Head office have called on several occasions asking how things are if it there’s any issues that need to be raised with the site team. They have been very efficient and have dealt with all matters promptly. Despite the ups and downs, overall we have had a positive experience and very pleased with our lovely new home.

Do not buy these homes!! They're built right next to walleys quarry (Google it) the new owners are being scammed. The homes will stink on a Daily basis and will be filled with toxic gases. They will make the owners ill both mentally and physically. They will never be able to be sold on.

If you want to choke on toxic gases from the countries most corrupt and stinkiest landfill then this new estate is perfect for your family. Seriously though for your health, STAY AWAY!!!! (Read up about walleys quarry landfill and hopefully you make the right decision)
