5 stars has to be due to fake reviews. People have been very disgruntled with their homes and this dust bowl of a community is not a safe place to live. Not just the total lack of street lighting that makes this place dark and leaves a feeling of unease. Don’t move here unless you want your car vandalised, your house broken into and targeted on Facebook in the boys club of a group where everyone whinges constantly and where the police aren’t interested unless the crime involves a gun or an axe (and yes, we’ve had both). Stepford by day and Moss Side by night. Animosity, judgement and preconceived ideas between home owners and non homeowners. Welcome to the post-Covid apocalypse in an area that was ironically designed to promote social inclusion. No facilities yet provided for the estate. I would recommend not holding your breath…

The builders on these sites leave a huge amount of litter along the roads in and out of them. They have no respect for our environment which suggests a possible lack of care for the work they do too. This site is covered in litter. It is all through the woods by the development, in the brook, and now spreading into the field. They have done nothing to clear it up and have now built a fence between the estate and the litter! Disgraceful company.

Whilst it is understood you will be living on a building site the courtesy shown and respect for keeping disturbance to a minimum is non existent. Blaring radios waking you up and on warmer days unable to open doors or windows from sides not affected by soil because of the constant torture. Your cars and windows constantly covered in dirt because the plant equipment is driven too quickly through the site. Stinky smell of the vaping children shuffling their feet slowing around the site rather than getting on with getting these incredibly slow progressing houses up. Site manager arranges to correct a massively inconvenient error only to not turn up or send anyone at all and 2 months later still nothing. The actual sales process and general consensus is that it is based on a lot of poetic licence. They are desperate to sell these houses and move you in but seriously lack consideration once you're in. A good will gesture every so often of a half price car wash voucher or your windows cleaned would be a great idea but customer service is not a strong point of theirs. We pay a little over £50 per week cleaning up after them. Water pressure is hit and miss as well as street lighting and there is a ridiculous amount of vehicles parked on the street causing a huge hazard at junctions and constant reversing to let other road users through. Badly thought out and many are just on top of each other.
