GoogleI've had an extremely positive experience with Nicholas Humphreys. Especially Jovi, he is extremely reliable and efficient. Whenever I had issues or doubts he was always keen on helping. As an international student moving to a foreign country, sorting issues related to taxes, exemptions and issues related to the country can be really overwhelming. There was a problem related to an issue in the system and I was resulting liable for council tax. Jovi acted as an intermediary and he promptly contacted the council and solved the issue on my behalf! I'd recommend the company as I never had issues of any kind with them.

GoogleI've never had a worse experience. These are sales people. Once they have you in a property, they don't care for your rights. Constant invasion of privacy. Had viewings for tenants in my house twice a week ever since moving in. Never renting with these again.

GoogleI would honestly give zero starts if I could. Renting a place with this agency is an absolute joke!! Communicating with them is honestly impossible, you’re on the phone with them getting told that things would get done straight away and then you find yourself waiting for another week or two to receive something as simple as a report!! Not to mention the fact that I’ve moved out exactly one month ago and still don’t even know anything about my deposit!! All they keep telling you is that they’ve got nothing else to do with it and it’s over to the landlord, when in fact they’re the ones holding everything up. If I knew, I would’ve NEVER rented a flat with them so please stay away!! P.S: There’s no need to lie and say you’ve got nothing to do with the deposit as I’ve contacted the landlord directly and been informed that they’ve contacted you on the 25th of November and you’ve told them you’d be contacting me as soon as possible with the amount that’s getting deducted from the deposit. You are the ones who are supposed to deal with that and you know it, the landlord keeps the deposit but you are the ones who agree with me on the amount that’s getting deducted before the landlord releases the deposit!

Hi Susana, Am disappointed to see you have given Nicholas Humphreys a 1 star review. We do not manage this property therefore your deposits are held with the landlord not Nicholas Humphreys. You have been paying rent directly to the landlord so all deposit deductions will need to be dealt with by them not us. Regards Nicholas Humphreys
