GoogleThese guys have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish with my house sale. From being totally flexible and working around my young family when it came to initially advertising the property & coordinating awkward viewing times, all the way through to completion (a long road) where Sam and Robbie made themselves available every single time I had a question or query. Can’t recommend them highly enough - thank you lads!

GoogleAs the other reviewers have pointed out, I'd give this a zero rating if it were an option. The place is an absolute joke to deal with, there is no professionalism from any of the staff members. Every single maintenance issue requires weeks/months of back and forth before they admit there is an issue and fix it. We had this on multiple occasions where I'd get the rudest responses from Michael, the recent university graduate that works here and speaks on behalf of the landlords without communicating the issues to them. They never answer the phone or respond to emails and honestly, we can't wait for our contract to end in the coming months so we no longer have to deal with them. Landlords - do not use this place to rent out your properties and for prospective tenants, trust me - it really isn't the year long headache.

GoogleWe are new to renting properties and had been let down by our first estate agent who failed to get us any viewings. We then contacted Nicholas Humphreys, Nick arrived on time ( so many don't 😒) and gave us all the information we needed and assured us they could find us a Tennant. To our delight we had 3 visitors with 2 days and the house was rented out the following week. We are absolutely delighted. Furthermore the onward communication has been excellent via email and wattsap and we have been guided and kept up to date throughout. I highly recommend this agent, Nick and his team have been wonderful.

GoogleI previously had my rental house up for sale with another estate agent, which fell through, and felt let down and frustrated. I approached Nicholas Humphreys following a marketing letter (never heard of them before) and Chris came round to talk it all through. He discussed how the current listing looked to buyers and what he would propose elevate the listing. I immediately felt reassured that he knew what was best to sell the property and I signed up there and then. I was kept well up to date with the progress (something I hadn't experienced before with my other estate agent). Within a couple of weeks Chris managed to secure an offer. He, again, kept me well informed with how its going, often linking in with solicitors (on both sides) to keep it going and advised me of what I needed to do (if anything). The whole process has taken around 3-4 months and I can finally breathe a huge sigh of relief that it's due to complete. I can't thank Chris enough for his efforts, continued updates and support. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

He ensured that all the necessary paperwork was completed accurately and in a timely manner. Throughout the tenancy, he continued to provide exceptional support. He promptly addressed any maintenance issues that arose, ensuring that repairs were carried out promptly and to a high standard. In summary, my experience with this agency is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable letting agent.

GoogleMy experience was nice but for the guarantor stress. I love my apartment but for the toilets and bathroom (it needs clean up). The cupboard should be big to accommodate our boxes.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of using the rental side of Nicholas Humphreys business for approx 10 years now. They have always been very professional, pay attention to detail & are proactive rather than reactive. I have had a very good relationship with Alison Cross for along time now, she was particularly professional, caring and thoughtful during a bad time for me personally, I had total confidence in her and I was happy to leave alot of decision making to her after building up a good business relationship.... For this I can't thank her enough. I would recommend Nicholas Humphreys for all rental needs.
