GoogleBefore we moved in they were amazing, but as soon as we moved in, we realised it was a false sense of security. We had no induction, and the house was left in an absolute state. Since then, more and more things have gone wrong with very slow replies and fixings (In fairness, this is in part because of a stubborn landlord), although they are eventually sorted after a few weeks. This included complaints of broken bed frame, damp, broken oven, slug infestation, unusable garden due to household waste being left by previous tenants, and the washing machine which is still broken, as it has been for 5 weeks now. Throughout all of this, we have to call multiple times to get an answer

GoogleNicholas Humphreys have been so helpful with my house! Will took time out to run me through all of the houses available to me and found one perfect for me. He was very clear and transparant about the process and what I signed up for. Everybody there is very kind, and approachable, and have helped me every step of the way. The house was very clean when I moved in and the one issue I had, few months after moving in, was the boiler which was sorted within an hour of calling them. Would massively recommend them to students looking for a house

GoogleI spent nearly three months working with a well-known lettings agent trying to rent out my flat. I believed it was an attractive rental, so it was disheartening and frustrating not to see any progress. I reached out to Emily on a Friday, and she immediately made time to come over the same day, took new photos, and had viewings arranged for that weekend. By early the following week, I had a tenant lined up. Throughout the process, she kept me updated, guided me on aspects I was unfamiliar with, and made sure I felt heard and reassured. I can't recommend her highly enough, Emily is a true professional, efficient, and a breath of fresh air. Don't hesitate to use her for your letting needs. Absolute asset to the business. I didn't need to speak with anyone else in the Team but if they are half as good as Emily, then you won't be disappointed

Google1. DONT CHOOSE THIS AGENCY!!!! The two agents kicked us out of the house earlier than we had agreed to leave, this led us to not be able to properly clear all our belongings from the premises. Therefore we deduced that this was done on purpose to charge us extra fee from our deposit. 2. These people are extremely money hungry which is unfortunate because they pray on students that are only trying to get an accommodation to complete their academic year. Such as charging adding hidden fees in the deposit such as WiFi even though it was never agreed that we pay for WiFi in the contract. 3. The landlord didn’t live in the UK which made it very hard to resolve issues and the company was very reluctant to give us his details which is because it is illegal for landlords to own property if they are not in the UK

GoogleNH is an absolutely decrepit agency with no morals and values for their current tenants whilst prioritising their new ones. I would be here writing this for several light years when talking about the issues with our house going from radiators falling on the floor to suitcase with essential life document be taken by cleaners and given to random people on the street. The landlord and agency don’t communicate at all. And our landlord was living in China so he wasn’t helpful at all - not to mention that owning homes and renting properties in the UK whilst not being a resident is ILLEGAL. Was left days without gas because the landlord was away and couldn’t contact Scottish Power for us. Also was very passive aggressive when we moved out, making us rush within the hour for new tenants that were “moving in tonight” but not didn’t come until several days later. Students please take your services elsewhere and don’t waste your time and money on this nonsense ageny
