GoogleGave 3 stars purely for my previous property manager Thomas. He was fab. Always responded and did his best to help me get problems sorted. Since he has left I have heard nothing regarding a severe mould and damp problem I have had for over 2 years now. Every time I call I get told a different answer. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Starting to ruin my sofa but they don’t care. Chain was broken on my front door by a drunk resident of another flat in the building, I have been asking for it to be replaced for 3 years, was finally updated and told I had to pay £70 for a new one. I don’t think so.

GoogleWe've been renting though NH for a quarter now. So far, there has been no issue with their serivce and employees are super friendly. An option to explore or just to be informed about individual bills apart from the Unihomes would be helpful, I think. I'd recommend them to whoever is reading this.
