Unfortunately, my experience with this estate agents was utterly shocking.
After agreeing to rent a property that was fully furnished, I was really happy moving forward with this.
I will say this Emily was fantastic from the start to finish.
Unfortunately, Emily received an email from the landlord stating that he was going to remove some of the furniture from the property that I’d agreed to move into.
I was disappointed, Especially as the landlord was going to remove the TV rugs and tables.
I was not in a financial position to purchase these items so I had to pull out.
At this time they are Refusing to refund my deposit.
I will leave this review on until I’m refunded.
If you are continuing to see this review, I never got my money back..

Just to clarify, it wasn’t the Estate Agent that let you down. As you stated, the landlord, who had agreed for it to be fully furnished prior to you moving in, changed his mind and decided to let it unfurnished.
There are also other factors to take into consideration with regard to your non-refund of your holding deposit.

She is very professional in her approach and easily accessible via phone or email when we have had queries. Recently, we have had issues with a non-paying tenant who was eventually evicted. Kristie worked in liaison with our solicitor to ensure proper legal processes were followed, as well as preparing and supplying all the necessary paperwork quickly and thoroughly.
Kristie is up to date with rules and regulations within tenancy agreements and is often one step ahead of us as landlords in implementing checks, obtaining certificates, keeping records, etc on our property.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristie as a property manager to any other potential landlords.
