GoogleHorrendous experience from start to finish, constant breach of contract attending without notice, giving contractors keys without notice. Rude staff who treat students like they're dirt because they feel like they can get away with it. DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE RENTING there are plenty of better companies in fallowfield.

GoogleDan has gone above and beyond throughout a very protracted process with a particularly slow buyer, even offering to pick up the maintenance himself during a delay that meant i had moved too far away to do it myself. Throughout communication has been good, advice has been professional and Dan has been very personable and easy to deal with. Recommended.

He has answered all our questions and been patient with us and understanding. He is always welcoming with chocolates and mince pies. GoogleMax was so helpful in finding me and my friends the perfect house, when the one we wanted fell through he went above and beyond to find us another one we loved and then made the process as quick and easy as possible! GoogleAVOID NICHOLAS HUMPHREYS AT ALL COSTS!! We lived in a one bedroom student flat for a year and it was an absolute nightmare. They lied to us constantly, for example, saying broken doors would be replaced before we moved in and that the flat would be professionally cleaned. Neither of these things were true and when confronted with this on separate occasions they were only able to say “sorry you shouldn’t have been told that”. It is simply not good enough. We had viewings of the flat without ANY notice whatsoever and had agents letting themselves in whenever they felt like it. They are the most helpful people ever before you move in but once they have your money and the contracts are signed they couldn’t care less about you. They will just ignore your emails, even when sending them to every team member that works there, including the manager and directors, leaving us with no option but to visit the branch in person so they couldn’t ignore us. Very glad to be away from them after a long year.

GoogleExcellent customer service, my house mates and I were in a hurry to find a property as we left it too late but Max and Erin were amazing and luckily had an amazing 4 bed available and newly refurbished. The store was very pleasant and Max offered us a drink and biscuits whilst we filled out the paperwork. Would highly recommend

I have found “Nicholas Lambrou” ( Broomhill and Crookes branch, Sheffield ) to be very professional, efficient, hard-working, and motivated to complete the task in hand. He is a problem solver and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for him. He has excellent communication skills, and is a pleasure to deal with, always returning my calls and keeping me updated at all times . GoogleGenerally very disappointed. Had to move 3 times, and lost the deposit to one of the apartments. Was placed in houses with undergrads or people who were not suited to live in shared apartments (stealing, having parties on weekdays until 4 am, smoking inside etc). Would steer away from these people, as they told us straight up we "had no rights as tenants". Even contacted legal help and they told us it was one of the worst cases they had heard of.
