GoogleGenerally very disappointed. Had to move 3 times, and lost the deposit to one of the apartments. Was placed in houses with undergrads or people who were not suited to live in shared apartments (stealing, having parties on weekdays until 4 am, smoking inside etc). Would steer away from these people, as they told us straight up we "had no rights as tenants". Even contacted legal help and they told us it was one of the worst cases they had heard of.

GoogleWe are a group of 5 students who have secured a property through Humphreys. The whole process from viewings to signing the contracts has been absolutely fantastic. Adrian has been very proactive in making sure all our enquires and question's have been answered. The best part is they are the ONLY AGENTS IN SOUTHAMPTON THAT TRULLY DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES. We will be using Humphreys again and would recommend them to anyone that's looking for a honest advice and a honest company that will not rip students off.

GoogleReally great service. Adrian has been amazing throughout the whole process, from enquiring about the property, to moving in. Bhavik kept constant contact to inform me of the progress of my tenancy and both of them have been really amazing and supportive. They always try to do everything they can to make sure you feel welcome and all your questions are answered.
