Exceptional Support from Maya Dela Pena! Maya from Streetsahead made our tenancy search stress-free and efficient. She helped us find a 2-bedroom apartment in Croydon within a very short time, despite having only 20 days’ notice on our current flat. Maya arranged 4 property viewings on the same day, which allowed us to quickly shortlist one. Even after finalizing, she patiently handled all our questions, arranged multiple follow-up viewings, and coordinated seamlessly with the landlord for quick referencing and paperwork. Her flexibility was outstanding, available early mornings and late evenings to support us. In my 5 years of renting experience, I’ve never had such a dedicated agent. Highly recommend Maya for anyone looking for a smooth, end-to-end tenancy process!

Dealt with Michael Poole Nunthorpe as…

Dealt with Michael Poole Nunthorpe as buyers. They suggested that we use their in-house solicitors XYZ Law, we were told by Michael Poole that it would make the process faster and easier, it didn’t. We moved into our property and a few months later were sent a letter from a solicitors firm telling us to seek legal advice as our acting solicitors ( suggested by Michael Poole) had been served an intervention, meaning they had been shut down for dishonesty. Our post completion work was left incomplete despite us paying in full over £2,000 for our solicitors. We were told that to have the work complete by a different firm the cost would be £480. We made Michael Poole aware of this and how disappointed we were that we trusted their advice based on their wonderful reputation, and as a result have found ourselves under immense stress and facing financial burden. Had we not listened to their advice we wouldn’t be in this position and out of pocket. The response from Michael Poole was abysmal, they told us to avoid the cost we could carry out the work ourselves, despite having paid for this work to be done and the fact that we are not qualified solicitors- again we explained this to Michael Poole and didn’t even receive the decency of a response! We have been left with stress, financial burden and disappointment.

We used Ashton Stripp (Paul and Bella) to sell our house in Battle. They could not have been more helpful throughout the process and ultimately found the right buyer for us.
