GoogleThe app is very difficult for older people who don’t live on computers and even worse that you can’t use your big computer to do it. It took me three days and two loads of tears to get through it but once I spoke to Drew, it was easy as he guided me through it and may considerations of what didn’t matter and what did. Hopefully never again. !!

GoogleI was completing my identity check on line and ran into some issues. I called Customer support and Beth answered the phone and can I say I'm so glad she did. Beth was patient, pleasant, clear and concise, efficient and effective. She didn't leave my side until all tasks were completed correctly. I can sincerely say, she is one of the best customer service operatives I have ever dealt with. Its a shame there arnt more like her. Thank u Beth
