What a great joy it was to purchase our first home with Louise. When i first spoke to Louise I said to her ‘we want to see this house but it’s out of our price range’ and she said ‘there’s no harm in looking’ fast forward 24 hours and we put an offer in in, spoke to our mortgage advisor and within 48 hours a price had been agreed and we brought our first home as a family. She wasn’t a typical pushy estate agent making out things were bigger than they are or try and over sell the property. Louise was great and is a lovely person! Shes a credit to Ewe Move and i genuinely mean that. ❤️

We have just completed on our purchase of a beautiful period property sold by Clint. He was very knowledgeable about the house when we viewed it, enthusiastic and friendly, very pleasant to deal with. We had many problems down the chain causing delays to exchange and completion. Throughout, Clint was helpful with his advice and keeping communication flowing between us and the sellers, so we were able to retain the purchase agreement. All round, highly professional and experienced at the same time as approachable and helpful to both buyers and sellers

Dealt with Michael Poole Nunthorpe as buyers. They suggested that we use their in-house solicitors XYZ Law, we were told by Michael Poole that it would make the process faster and easier, it didn’t. We moved into our property and a few months later were sent a letter from a solicitors firm telling us to seek legal advice as our acting solicitors ( suggested by Michael Poole) had been served an intervention, meaning they had been shut down for dishonesty. Our post completion work was left incomplete despite us paying in full over £2,000 for our solicitors. We were told that to have the work complete by a different firm the cost would be £480. We made Michael Poole aware of this and how disappointed we were that we trusted their advice based on their wonderful reputation, and as a result have found ourselves under immense stress and facing financial burden. Had we not listened to their advice we wouldn’t be in this position and out of pocket. The response from Michael Poole was abysmal, they told us to avoid the cost we could carry out the work ourselves, despite having paid for this work to be done and the fact that we are not qualified solicitors- again we explained this to Michael Poole and didn’t even receive the decency of a response! We have been left with stress, financial burden and disappointment.

I have recently used Michael poole (billingham) to sell my home after having used them previously to buy it. Debbie was absolutely fantastic both times and has ensured the best deal possible for everyone involved. Debbie has made a stressful time very easy and I could not recommend her or her team more if you needed to buy or sell.
