Natalie, my lettings agent, was really excellent and was almost always at the end of the phone to help with whatever was needed, and when she wasn't she would return my call at the first possible opportunity. GoogleGreat service from start of process through to completion of sale. We live over 200 miles away, which complicates some aspects, and Michael Poole gave good advice, kept us informed and assisted us as "go between", and with "on the spot" help when we needed it !
