GoogleDespite being told many times about drug dealing occurring in one of their properties, they still haven't taken any action against the tenants.

Having recently taken over the Lettings at Brown & Kay I take this very seriously and if you would like to contact the office directly I will certainly take full details of your complaint. I will need to know the property in question and if you have reported this serious matter to the relevant authorities as well? I am more than happy to try and help . I did try and post this reply 14 weeks ago . I have had no contact as yet from complainant.

GoogleGill at Michael Poole Yarm is the most professional and efficient estate agent I have dealt with. If it was not for her our long and arduous sale of our house would not have been possible. The help that we received from Gill was exemplary she certainly went beyond the normal scope of her job to help us secure not only our sale but for our purchase so that both sides did not fall. All told the sale and purchase process took 17 months and she held our hands every step of the way. Gill is pleasant, professional but most importantly makes you feel the most important person she is dealing with. For the small fee we paid we certainly got our money's worth.
