GoogleWe have used Micheal Poole twice to sell our home, once using the Stockton branch and most recently Redcar. Good service, friendly staff & loved the photos they took to sell our property, which we accepted an offer on in 7 days :)

GoogleWhatever you do, DO NOT use this letting agent to let out your property, they DO NOT care who they put into the properties they are managing. As long as the rent gets paid, they DO NOT care about how much the tenants plague the lives of other nearby residents and as long as the property looks good on inspection day they DO NOT care how badly it is treated the other 180 days of the tenancy. For example, following their inspection last week, one of the six kids that lives in the house has ripped off the guttering trying to climb onto the roof, they have been informed but they really aren't interested.

We have used the Ingleby Office for the last 11 years and have continued to do so as a buyer, seller and landlord. The service received from Karen on our recent purchases and sale has been outstanding . Nothing is too much trouble giving over and above what is required. Speaking as a Real Estate agent myself in Singapore I know how hard it can be at times keeping all parties happy and in the loop and Karen does an excellent job at this.

I have been using Michael Poole for many years to manage the letting of my property. I have dealt with many different lettings consultants at Michael Poole over this time and have found every one of them to be professional, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and I am always kept up to date with anything that I need to know. If I have needed to telephone the office for any reason I have always been able to speak to one of the lettings consultants or, if they are busy, I have always had the phone call returned. I would, and have recommended Michael Poole to others.

GoogleHi, while renting home at 3 Tenby Court, 5 Moorland Road Croydon CR0 6HA, we have a very good experienced from Hassan. He reached on time on the said venue and showed 5 properties in the span of 3-4 hrs., which we never expected. He took us in his own car while travelling from South to East Croydon. Also he dropped us near to our venue. Hassan has given very clear information about all the properties. we have finalised the property at same day in 5 Hrs, which is due to Hassan only. GoogleMassive thank you to Sean Ryan. He is what ever London estate Agent should aspire to. This agent was the only in all of London to call me with relevant updates weekly. Suggesting excellent properties within my requirements, his level of service is rarely found in this industry. I would highly recommend due to Sean's proactive and attentive processes.
