GoogleI recently sold a property through Martyn Gerrard and would like to thank both Bruvis Hiew and Kardine Richardson for their help throughout the process. Whilst the transaction took longer than initially hoped, due to delays elsewhere in the conveyancing process, Bruvis and Kardine remained professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Communication was good, calls were returned promptly, and they were always willing to chase matters and provide updates when requested. Bruvis in particular stayed calm and constructive throughout some challenging moments and worked hard to keep all parties focused on getting the sale over the line. Kardine was also very helpful during the early stages of the transaction and played an important role in securing the sale. No property transaction is ever completely straightforward, but I always felt that both Bruvis and Kardine were acting in good faith and doing their best to move matters forward. Many thanks to both of them and the wider Martyn Gerrard team.

GoogleI had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents. The service throughout was professional, efficient, and friendly. A special mention goes to Neah, who has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and provide updates. Her support made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. I would highly reccomend.

GoogleI would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Martyn Gerrard for the excellent assistance provided throughout our rental process. We have rented through Martyn Gerrard before (2021) and the team was very helpful. This time, I noticed improvements in the customer experience, particularly the use of WhatsApp messages to make communication smoother and faster. As we are often at work and unable to take phone calls, being able to communicate via WhatsApp made the process much more convenient. Zak helped us at the beginning by gathering our details and starting the referencing process. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, and he was always quick to respond, professional, and polite. After that, our case was handed over to Alexia, who assisted us with the referencing process. She was also very helpful, quick to respond, and professional throughout the process. Both ZAK and ALEXIA were amazing. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and smooth. Thank you both, we really appreciate all your help. As this is the second time we have rented through Martyn Gerrard, I can confidently recommend them. They are highly professional and provide excellent customer service.

GoogleJust like the other reviews here- impossible to book a viewing! Some reviews down here were lucky enough to get a hold of an agent, all I got was the most annoying AI bot WhatsApping me with questions (some irrelevant) and as I requested a live agent all I got was the same question again and again. I later got another WhatsApp from a live agent called Matthew saying he is sending me links to “more properties I might be interested in” while neither was the one I actually enquired about and wanted to view. As I told Matthew which property I enquired about all I got was a ‘like’. Quite unprofessional and doesn’t really serve the purpose of a letting agent does it….

GoogleFirst time we’ve used Martyn Gerrard as an agent to rent out a property. Main point of contact has been Wayne Ellis. Communication has been great, process very thorough, with a can - do attitude throughout. The ‘support’ departments have been equally good.
