GoogleHad a great initial experience with Martin Gerrard , however , following on from signing our tenancy agreement, we were signed up to multiple things which we did not give consent for , going as far as providing our contact details to Octopus energy who tried to request my bank details and informing the water suppliers that our landlady ( who we live with) has moved out which was not the case. This brought stress to my landlady and ourselves who are first time renters, my landlady has health issues and also lives in the property with us and received calls requesting our tenancy agreement making it seem as if us the tenants that had made this request when we had no involvement/ wasn’t aware our details were shared this way. Our agreement is bills included, we would have no reason to source this privately. This is completely unnecessary and an unacceptable use of our data and has just left a bad taste in our mouths overall.

GoogleMartyn Gerrard is a well-known estate agent in North London with many branches. We worked with Fiona Murphy-Archetti in Muswell Hill and she is a very knowledgeable, kind, supportive and understanding sales negotiator. We were first-time buyers and she explained everything patiently and clearly, which was especially important to us. When she was away, her colleagues were always fully aware of the immediate steps required to move the sales ahead, which resulted in a competion in about 3 months. We always felt in very good hands with her and the local Muswell Hill team, and are greatful that we could work with them.

He first showed us the flat last June that we eventually bought, and stayed with us for the entire process, always there, always helpful, and with s warm manner and a good sense of humour. He is one of thebest I've met and would recommend him most highly looking for a flat or a house in the area.

GoogleMartyn Gerrard are exceptional estate agents. We had put an offer in on a home we wanted to buy but needed to sell our 2 bedroom maisonette to finance it. The pressure was on but within 1 week Martyn Gerrard found us a great buyer and negotiated his offer up to an amount that worked for us. The buyer they found was high quality as well, moving quickly themself but also being patient in our chain when needed. Martyn Gerrard managed the whole sales process seamlessly. They are more expensive compared to some competitors (we got valuations from 2 other firms who would have charged less) but they are worth every penny. I don’t think anyone else could have delivered the results they have! Will recommend them to everyone I know. Special shoutout to Adriano who is just exceptional!

I let my flat through Daniel Harris in Crouch End. From beginning to end, the service has been 5*. As a first time landlord, Dan helped keep me on track (but never pushy), was straight talking with an honest, no bull approach, and great sense of humour. He helped me organise things and was solution-orientated. Within 2 days he had secured two decent offers. Highly recommend.
