GoogleLife for a renter can be difficult. Amy Crisci @ Leaders in Sevenoaks, has gone over and above the call of duty, giving me time, further options and space to consider all ends. I am overwhelmed by such kindness from an Estate Agent. A lot of the times, sales clients get the best service not renters, so to experience, kindness, thoughtfulness, dignity and respect, absolute professionalism, in spite of not being able to take the property, is just humbling. Thank you so much Amy and Erin too. Thank you is simply not enough, I hope your future prospective rental clients, attest to my experience too.

GoogleI have had a wonderful reception with leaders team, from the time I viewed my property till the time got it. The staff is so kind and very helpful, she was always there in case I needed help. She made the whole excesise simple yet its not as simple as it seemed.

GoogleDo NOT use Leaders if you are a Landlord. I have been trying to sort out the lease for my property for over 8 months. The team have ignored more than 10 emails asking for updates. It’s endless chasing and no real apology when you do finally get hold of someone. I have still not been sent a copy of my tenants updated lease despite requesting it again and again!

GoogleDreadful service I had to wait almost three months to receive my deposit back after agreement of the payment from the landlord. There was no urgency from the ladies, they ignored emails, I was told payment was about to be made only for myself to have to chase weeks later and find out it wasn’t scheduled to be made. I complained and nobody apologised until someone did that wasn’t from the Surbiton office. Avoid if possible.

GoogleWe have been liaising with multiple branches across the Leaders group but the Chichester branch have by far been the best. We have been dealing with Tess and she has been utterly fantastic. We have had lengthy phone calls which she has not rushed and has happily take the time to explain things multiple times that I did not understand. We are relocating and looking for a property in the area, so viewings are difficult. Tess has facilitated video viewings which have been clear and informative. I wasn’t sure how I would feel not seeing the house in person but I honestly didn’t mind this and felt reassured when Tess gave us a tour and answered our questions. Whilst we are yet to secure a property which is an equal measure of matching our wants and needs and having the move in date align, I will continue to work with Tess to hopefully find the perfect property. Highly recommend 😃

After response: Shock 😱how quick you get an answer on a review on Google...but when its regarding your properties you manage and contact you directly ( sadly you guys managed my rented flat ) , you need to wait months for an answer....well done...proper customer service 👏👏👏

GoogleIf your looking to rent....Avoid Leaders as tennants arnt valued the same as Landlords. Finding the perfect House size to rent and location, Leaders forest hill letting agency did really well for me. However when I moved in I then fell under the Croydon branch. Miss K Wheeler who was supposed to manage the property had absolutley no customer service, no care for tennants, always blammed it on others. .Incorrect keys issued to 3 out of the housemates when they moved in over diffrent periods. (One Tennant had to get locksmith to move in as leaders were closed and he was issued wrong keys) .My first winter no heating in my room, I had stated in the summer the radiator did not work and was ignored for months and months. Turns out it had been locked off and needed to be turned back on when I moved in. .complaints made about lack of cleaning that was ment to be provided every two weeks and general maintainence upkeep, I was basically called a liar and told cleaner is coming in every 2 weeks. (Images to prove otherwise we're ignored) . Over 6 weeks for them to call out pest control, pest control came once and not seen since, the house is at its 3rd/4th month of rodents, none of the holes have been filled in so they keep coming up from under the floor. Miss K Wheeler gave the impression that leaders dont value tennants as much as they value Landlords, when I sent her an email 85% of the time I wouldn't even get an acknowledgement she had recieved it, any time I called she was working from home (not sure how that means you can't reply to emails or calls). I reached out to Leaders headoffice to make an official complaint in November and they were polite but just palmed me back to Miss K Wheeler who then eventually called me back for the first time but spouted excuses and strung me and the house mates along for weeks. Avoid Leaders if your a Tennant and especially if the property you like falls under the Leaders Croydon Branch as you will probably only be treated like a cash cow!
